Spacious units with a comfortable king-size bed and helpful staff make it a great stay.

All in all, it was enjoyable base for travelling to Coffs Harbour. It was in a central setting close to the shopping centre which was good. In the evening we went to Aromas of India, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...

The building here is nice and the location is great, but it's a bit too close to the highway with constant truck noise. the staff is really friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive until you leave. 😊

Simply no reason to complain, just perfect stay. Everything was excellent, including extremely helpful staff and MAGNIFICENT location on the beach side of highway. New-fashioned & neat unit with coffee pod machine as well as coffee pod.

the room was enough for us for a one night stay. I was greeted kindly :-) Room was pleasant - nice position in the town. Beds were really comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities were great !!

Breakfast menu rather expensive. Austar only had a couple of channels even though it stated otherwise.

In general the service was excellant. Units with king bed. The stuff was extremely helpful and really helpful, as for 3-stars hotel.

Pleasant stay -- we have stayed there previously. We had problems with our car & the manager & staff could not have been more helpful & understanding.

The motel is on the main highway & for anyone who has been to Coff's Harbour will know, the traffic is constant & noisy 24 Hrs a day. However this did not stop us staying there for a second time. We booked on line -- $90.00 a night, & the advertising board out front states "From $70.00 a night". It would be interesting to know what we would have paid had we have simply rocked up on the day

Basic motel with old furnishing, but good value for money. Nothing fancy though.

The room was reasonably sized and modern with a king bed. Hair dryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets were available in the room. - the hotel is centrally located near the shopping center. - the staff was efficient and excellent in their service.

To much clutter in stairways, foyer, front door etc.. , Rooms really need a revamp, bunk bed ladder was broken and dangerous. Welcome packs in room was out of date, shower water pressure is very temperamental. Neighbours were loud and roudy, could've been put in a less central room given the fact we had a young child with us
